What Is Facial Cupping?
It’s exactly what it sounds like. Tiny, soft silicone cups designed specifically for the delicate skin of your face. You squeeze each cup, place it on clean, oiled skin, and release. The vacuum face lifting massage cups create gentle suction that lifts the skin, increases blood flow, and stimulates lymphatic drainage.
Unlike body cupping, facial cups use very light pressure. No red marks. No bruises. Just a healthy glow.
How to Use Your Facial Cupping Set
Follow this routine 3–5 times per week for best results.
Step 1: Cleanse
Wash your face thoroughly. Any dirt or makeup will get pushed deeper into pores.
Step 2: Apply oil or serum
This is non-negotiable. Dry skin will drag and tear. Use a facial oil, serum, or even aloe vera. The cup needs slip.
Step 3: Squeeze and place
Squeeze the cup firmly. Place it on the skin. Release slowly. The suction should feel like a gentle pull—not pain, not pinching.
Step 4: Glide upward
Always move the cup in upward and outward motions. Never drag down. Work in straight lines, not circles.
Sample routine:
-
Forehead: Glide from eyebrows up to hairline
-
Under eyes: Very light suction, glide from inner corner to temple
-
Cheeks: Glide from nose out to ears
-
Jawline: Glide from chin up toward ears
-
Neck: Glide from collarbone down to shoulders (always downward on neck)
Step 5: Repeat 3–5 passes per area
Each pass takes 2–3 seconds. Don’t linger in one spot.
Step 6: Remove and clean
Pinch the cup to break the seal. Never yank it off. Wash cups with soap and warm water after every use.
Who Should NOT Use Facial Cupping

Active acne or cystic breakouts (suction spreads bacteria)

Rosacea or very sensitive skin (can trigger flares)
-
Eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis in treatment areas
-
Blood clotting disorders or take blood thinners
-
Recent facial surgery, fillers, or chemical peels (ask your doctor)
